Some songs, with incredible finger-picked and slide guitar work, suggest a player steeped in the blues of the Mississippi Delta. Others evoke the country-rock of an Emmylou Harris, the gritty honky tonk of Leon Russell, or the swampy sounds of Lucinda Williams.
